The Work Plan is formed of 5 Work Packages (WPs):
- 3 technical WPs devoted to the development of the resource and tools to be provided within the project (WP2, WP3 and WP4);
- 2 support WPs devoted to the project management and the dissemination and exploitation of project results (WP1 and WP5).
Each WP is structured in a set of (partially overlapping) tasks and foresees a set of deliverables.
At the end of each task a deliverable will be issued, being it a tool, a dataset or a document.
The Principal Investigator will be able to track the progress of the project and, if any problem should emerge, to implement appropriate corrective strategies.
